We flew from Exeter airport yesterday, going to Malaga. We had young adults travelling with us, with autism and anxiety. The care we got from the specialist assistant team was brilliant, a special shout out to Jade who went above and beyond to make our experience less stressful, please make sure she is recognised, she is fantastic at her job.Both our family members were able to cope reasonably well, with the support given. Thankyou all for being so understanding and supportive.

First time flying from Exeter and have to say it exceeded our expectations. Needed special assistance for daughter who has autism. We reported to special assistance desk and were able to sit here and wait for check in to open rather than having to stand in line staff checked us in and then our bags, we were then escorted through security and shown to a quiet room to wait if needed. We also got priority boarding so my daughter could settle before all passengers boarded. Excellent friendly service.

My first visit here, dropping off friends who were flying to the Isles of Scilly. Living as I do in the South East, I'm embarassed to admit that I was wholly unaware of this clean, bright and pleasant airport; unsurprisingly altogether more provincial and user-friendly than its larger cousins elsewhere. The car park staff were especially kind to me after an issue, which wasn't their fault.

Lovely experience through check in and security at around 6:45/7am this morning (6th July 2023). The chap in a checked shirt at Tui desk was friendly, professional and helpful. All five members of staff at security were great. Helpful, friendly and clearly professional. The lady before the screen, the lady at the screen. And the younger bloke and women guiding us through the X-ray thingy. Lovely atmosphere. So many security staff at airports are grumpy, surly and bossy. Not here at all. At the cafe; lovely women served me. Smile on her face. Finally, going through to boarding gate; yet again a friendly, cheerful and helpful lady checked me in (7.50am by this stage). It’s a small airport. The shop and cafe are small. I’m not here to shop or sit drinking. I’m here to have, an ideally stress free, start to my holiday. The staff make this place. Thank you.
