So many choices, they didn't have my size available but the very helpful attendant found they had mine in stock, online, then helped me order it. Really helpful, it didn't take too long, not that it mattered as it is for my wedding, i was more than willing to wait. The reason i deducted a star is although the shipping was over £4 they sent it with Yodel? who just left my new wedding bra in the rain on my doorstep, this one time i was glad of the plastic bag it was delivered in, otherwise i would have been returning a wet bra

Very good selection of discounted items. It was a difficult transaction exchanging the Jeans that were a Xmas present. It seemed that there were obstacles at each turn. We had the email and the purchase order online but neither had a bar code and this meant they wouldn't exchange even though the card I purchased on was visible on the items. Eventually a manager agreed to honour it given that I had so much detail and evidence of purchase. We came away with some lovely replacements and some great new games. Good luck with the change if job to the staff there.

I expect my visit to the Exeter store yesterday will be my last one as sad to say it was the closing down sale. I am sorry to see it go, the town centre is changing fast, House of Fraser gone already glad to see John Lewis in Exeter has survived. I used to visit Exeter every three weeks now at most every three months as find shopping more enjoyable in towns like Sidmouth with the smaller independant shops although the big chains are creeping in there too.

I visited you branch in Exeter today specifically for Kiehl’s. I’m new to the brand and due to price I’m buying cautiously, the consultant called Brooke was fabulous today. She helped me identify what I need in order to build my beauty routine and get results. She was so friendly and professional, we laughed but she always bought me back to business. She did give me some samples and encouraged me to try them and if they are suitable I will be back to purchase them( hopefully on a day when Brooke is working) Please pass on my sincere thanks to Brooke and my comments to her area manager.

Good shop to browse in, lots to see. Nice cafe overlooking cathedral. Nice staff in store who we had contact with. Followed 'pay here' signs' and found they led us all around the floor. Could have found pay desk sooner if we hadn't taken notice of them. Staff member did apologise but it wasn't her fault.
