A well furnished and comfortable flat to live in, I was very impressed with my year's stay. Pet friendly and spacious living areas that other student flats don't have, it was a very smart choice to share a flat here with a friend. BTW, I really loved the skylight and being able to lie on the sofa in the large living room and watch the sky.

Firstly, 48onNewNorth is in a great location! It's close to both the train station and Exeter High Street, making it super convenient. The flats are modern, safe and cozy and Marianne and Piers were welcoming and always happy to help us! As 3rd year students, we really appreciated the quiet and friendly space and enjoyed our time living here, thank you Marianne and Piers!

I spent two fantastic years at 48 on New North (shoutout Flat 5) and couldn't have been happier. The modern and comfy living space made it a joy to come back to every day. Its prime location near all of Exeter’s main points of interests was a huge plus. Marianne and Pierce were incredibly helpful and responsive landlords. Perfect for final year/master students – I highly recommend this flat for a memorable living experience.

It’s been really lovely living here so far! Marianne and Piers, the landlords, are lovely and quick to respond and help whenever something pops up. The flats themselves feel secure, clean, and modern, which is a definite novelty for student-oriented accommodation. I’d say the only downside is that, given the nature of a courtyard, the flats in the two blocks are facing each other, so you can sometimes feel like you’re either involuntarily watching or being watched, especially at night with the lights on. All in all, I would definitely recommend here if you’re looking for an stress-free accommodation experience.

I stayed at 48onNewNorth Exeter in the Spring and I would definitely recommend. The apartment was vrey spacious and comfortable and very nicely decorated- everything felt brand new. Marianne and Piers were amazing hosts and were very helpful and friendly providing clear directions on how to get to the apartment as well as recommendations on things to do around Exeter. The location of the apartment is also great - in the center of town and easy to get anywhere.

Piers and Marianne have created what has to be the best student accommodation in Exeter! Apart from the flats being clean and modern, with great kitchens and bathrooms, the central location means you have everything you need on your doorstop. Nothing was too much trouble for the hosts, who are also very knowledgable about the city. Appreciated the secure parking and gated access, but best of all it’s pet friendly - wish student accommodation had been like this when I was at uni! We will be back dogs in tow!

The location is close walking distance to the town centre. Just a few minutes by a walk that you can go shopping, for food, for everything you need. Property is clean, modern and spacious, looks just as it does in the pictures. There is no doubt that Marianne is a superhost. She will well prepare everything before your stay and quickly respond. Many thanks to Marianne and her lovely family which made us felt warm and comfortable. This a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend.
