Primohoagies

I love how fresh the food is at primo, the people are just the icing on the cake, allways courteous and helpful . I'll just call ahead and go pick up lunch about 20 minutes later, in and out that fast. Drinks, chips and home-made deserts at your finger tips, easy, if you like easy, fresh and fast then I recommend primo hoagie to any and all hungry food searching lunch timers. Primo I give you 5 stars Dan.

I've praised Primo for years and years ranting and raving about the size of their sandwiches. Used to order here all the time. Haven't been here for years. Stopped in a few nights ago and ordered a Buffalo Chicken Cutlet Hoagie that was over $9 and tipped $2. So the total was over $11. My jaw dropped when I saw the size of it. This looked like a McDonalds Chicken Patty from the Dollar Menu cut in half and placed on a hoagie roll with hot sauce and blue cheese crumbles added. I'll just go to McDonalds and order from the dollar menu next time. In fact, I'll go to McDonalds and order 11 Chicken Sandwiches for the same price I paid for this embarrassing abomination.

Hoagies are always good but 25 minute wait on a Sunday for 3 cold hoagies? I would’ve called but the kitchen staff made it loud and clear that they had their phone off the hook so people could stop calling to place orders. I’ve been in the service industry a long time and would much rather have a person call to place an order (buys you more time to make the order) then that person walking in and having to wait for an order. Very unprofessional especially when your customers are within ear-shot to hear it all.
