Dickey's Barbeque Pit

Been here many times before they reopened and has improved so much! New management has change this place around. This place is great and the food is so good. The facility is clean and the staff is very helpful and attentive. The owner came to my table and ask me if everything was good. No one did this before and the music before was rap when I walked in.

I ordered a 2 meat plate and a sandwich combo to go. The meat portion was super small, I've noticed that the portion is bigger if you dine in. The service was horrible, the tall skinny black guy was rude, and when I asked if my order was complete he handed me a bag and did not respond and walked off with headphones in his ears. The girl with the colored hair was not helpful either, I asked for my drink cup twice. Also, one of my bags was leaking, and I did not notice it but another customer did and had them switch it out. Lousy service, small portions, will not return.

WOW ! ☆ Amazing come back ☆ Under New Management with new employees that actually greet you as you walk in ! - this place gets. 5 stars for cleaness and 5 for the great food - Ana the GM was nice and cheerful as well as the guy who served me the PitMaster - all my food was hot and very delicious he took the time to help me pick out what was best for my family gathering I will be back again soon !

It's non-intuitive how to order inside the store. The staff are aggressive. The place was nearly empty. The bbq sauce is self-serve and easy to make a mess. The place smelled like heavy mold. The tables were not bused despite there being nobody in the store. The lemonade is super sweet, way sweeter than anything I've drank even soda. I ended up only eating my sides then trashing the rest including my lemonade I only got two sips out of. Would not recommend.
