Michael's Grill

This is a Great Spot for Happy Hour and Dinner. The owner is very friendly and offer some of the best customer service available. I will try and help her bring more regular customers in. Also try and get better customer service inside and taking orders over the phone. Together we can make this a popular place to visit with neighbors and friends. My hamburger was delicious!

Over priced for the food you get. Beef fajitas were over cooked, tough, and dry. The "Jumbo" hot wings hardly had any meat on the bones. You only get 6 fried mushrooms per order. PLUS there was a dollar charge for this, a dollar charge for that, 15% gratuity added in on a delivery, and they still wanted a tip! NEVER GONNA EAT HERE AGAIN!

Today I ordered the T-bone and shrimp with Pecan pie. The steak tender and was cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes were made with real potatoes, and the Pecan pie tasted as if it was made down in Georgia. Awesome. Not to mentioned this was delivered. I will defiantly order from here again and or visit the restaurant.

We are from out of town and was looking for something to eat. It was about 930pm and instead of delivery we went to here. The waitress was super friendly and held great conversation. The food was awesome. 3 of us ordered steak in which was cooked pertfect. Big, tender and juicy. They didnt go of size like other restaurants. I had sirlion tip sandwhich, the tips were tender and flavorful. The prices were affordable.

The person that answer the phone was very rude! I asked for my food to be well done and it was half cooked... Then I called and if you look at there carry out menu under there wings and chicken tenders one would think that the fries come with both the wing and the tenders the way that it is group together, when i called back to address my concern the same rude lady offer no apologies. but continued to be rude and unconcerned about my concern. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

I think we ordered over the phone from the same person another reviewer did. She was short with us, rude and pretty disrespectful. Cut me off before I finished taking. I called back after 50 minutes of waiting to make sure the order was actually in. Before I could finish asking, she cut me off again to tell me my order is on its way. It did show up about five minutes later.. the food was average at best. Basically bar food.

Who ever answers the phone has poor customer service. She was very rude and kept cutting me off before I could finish. She first asked for my order then cut me off and and asked for my address, not letting me even finish giving my address, she cuts me off again, to ask what company I was from, but again she cut me off and then proceeded to say they don't deliver at my location. Funny thing is I never actually got to tell her where my location is. I can't really rate the food since I wasn't able to put in a order, but the customer service at least through the phone is horrible, be prepared to have an annoyed grouchy woman cut you off.
