I have never had a bad experience in this store until today. I had 5 drinks and a gallon of milk. The lady at the counter was too busy on her telephone to help me complete my transaction in the first place, which she let time out and I had to run my card again. Then she finishes my transaction, on her phone the whole time. Then my sodas go everywhere when I I tried to grabbed them, which she didn't bother putting where I could reach on my side of the glass. Then when my drinks go everywhere she looks up from her phone to ask me if I'd like a second bag. PUT DOWN YOUR PHONE AT WORK IF YOU WORK FACE TO FACE WITH PEOPLE. SMH. Update: I spoke to the Wonderful manager this morning about the situation and he will be following up with the employee. I appreciate the management here.

Taking pretty good steps during the pandemic with the masks, gloves, and panel separating you. Bathroom is what I expect for a gas station. Customer service is professional albeit not friendly unless you're a regular. I'd normally rate this place a 4 star but I feel the normal rating to be a bit low.

Had an unbelievably disturbing experience today. I walked in to buy a lottery ticket, and I whipped out my debit card. I said to the man behind the counter, I’m going to buy some gum and get $10 cash back so I can buy quick picks. He said “ you can’t do that”.. I said “why not?” He said “you can’t, you cant do that”.. I tried to clarify.. so youre telling me I can’t get cash back and buy lottery tickets? He said “Yep”.. I said are you sure? Hey said “yup!”.. crossed his arms. So odd.. Thankfully there was a man behind me who said “yes you can, I’ll do it, I’m actually buying lotto tickets too” I moved aside, He put his drink on the counter and proceeded to check out. He said, “I’d just like to by this soda”. He checked out, was able to press the cash back button option no problem. Asked for cash back no problem. I said to the cashier “okay I’m doing the exact same thing” he said “yeah you can only pay with cash”, tried to give me some very condescending explanation.. just totally rude. As I’m holding the cash he for some reason handed back to me he yells “ma’am you need to pay!” I said okay I understand. THEN He asked me if something was wrong with me.. just totally rude. Not friendly and gave me a solid death stare as I was leaving the store. This was on Saturday, Nov 25 @ 11:15am. He was the only guy working. I will not be stopping at this gas station for a long time because of this weird encounter. For such a busy intersection, I would assume the people working here would at least be curtious. Didn’t appreciate being treated like that.

Don't buy gas or anything else from this corrupt establishment. I tried using my debit card and it was eaten by the pump. Then I went inside to pay cash, came out to pump and it only gave me $17. I went back inside and told the cashier who replied 'why did you stop it?' I said 'I didn't stop it.. I paid for $40 worth of gas so put the rest of it on there so I can finish my purchase!'. Thankfully a cop had someone pulled over right next to my car. I probably would have been robbed even more by the attendants at this 7-11!

The workers here are very prejudice!! I just went in and prepaid for $17.00 on pump 4 and then went to get some drinks. I come back and he still hasn't turned the pump on! He asked me are on on pump 4 I said yes 3 different times! He still didn't want to turn it on! I said let me guess you don't want to turn it on because there is a black guy standing there! He said yes I said y'all are very prejudice that is my husband standing there so he finally turns it on. I proceed to purchase the rest of my stuff and the prices was not ringing up the advertised price so I went and got the sign for them and they said that is expired and I said well that's your advertised price so needless to say I left without the merchandise and will not return here ever!!
