Chili's Grill & Bar

I come here often and it’s always a fun place to go to. The workers and almost always nice and caring, which I love , but this one particular time the food took forever to come and cook we had waiting over an hour for just the food!! I understand there were a bit busy but we watched people walk in and get their food almost instantly. I will be coming back because the food was so good and the waiters were so amazing but time management is a priority for me.

My husband and I stopped by Chili's Wednesday night before a movie. We were seated quickly and ordered quickly. I was super hungry so I didn't take a picture of the egg rolls we got but those are always good. Then we shared shrimp and steak fajitas for 2. That was good too. We made it to our movie with some time to spare so that was fun.

This is a wonderful location to work at. I worked there periodically from the time I was 18 until 23. This has without a doubt been the best team I have worked with, perfect for a first time serving job! I have since gone into my professional career but make sure to stop by and say hey to the lovely employees. Don’t forget to tip 20%!!!!!!

Amazing customer service! We had a to go order and all of the FOH staff were sooooo sweet, and nice! However, the steak we ordered medium rare, was well done. I hate to complain, but I've been looking forward to eating a good steak on Saturdays and thought to try Chili's! We came back in and they remade the steak, still awesome customer service! However my remade steak was med- well... at best( It literally had no pink still, but a bit juicier so I'll give them that! I'm not one to normally return food, so I didn't want to come back again to fix it) . Other than that, all the other food was tasty! While the experience was a bit lacking, I know how it all depends on the person cooking. We will come back and eat again, I believe in you Chili's! 😂

Visited the place on a Monday. Ordered the ‘3 for $10’ special, which included Lemonade, Southwest Chicken Soup and Margarita Chicken. Also tried the cheesecake. I have mixed feelings about this place, hence a 3 star rating. Pros: (1) Lemonade was good - not too sweet; (2) The soup was nice to taste, but could have been warmer; (3) Margarita Chicken was awesome - chicken was perfectly cooked, beans and rice were also nice; (4) Cheesecake was nice and creamy and had just the right amount of sweetness. Cons: (1) When the waitress brought nachos, they looked good, but we soon realized they were basically crumbs, not too mention they were not evenly seasoned - some were way too salty and others were completely bland; (2) The sauce served with cheesecake seemed stale; (3) Worst part was the dishes and silverware weren’t properly cleaned. Overall, don’t think I’ll visit this place again.
