La Sierra

Just bought an asada salad and two asada tacos from here ($20 meal). When I got home and opened it, what a joke. Not only is this just a pile of wet lettuce with the most minimal amount of asada, there was nothing else that actually makes this a taco salad. This place has 💯 lost any chance of us returning for any reason. Save yourself a nasty experience and go right down the street to La Estrella. Not only was it cheaper, it was an actual well put together salad (corn, guacamole, sour cream, etc). This place should feel embarrassed they served this, especially at the price.

It's not bad. They have a large menu to choose from. And their prices were fair. The proteins were done well, and the sides were good. Other than the rice; which was clearly a few days old. I'll probably be back at some point; but, there's alot of good Mexican food options around, nothing here was a stand out. Like I said, it wasn't bad. If I were you I would order your food to go. One final thought, not a fan of the salsa. The dish is called Cielo, Mar y Tierra

The staff was very friendly but that is the only reason I'm even giving 2 stars. The restaurant smells funky. The food was sub par. My husband got chili Colorado. It was hot but tasted like it came from a can. I had a bean and chicken tostada. My chicken was dry and soggy at the same time. Disappointing experience.

Wasn't so excited about the drowned fly in my almost-vegetarian fajitas. Tried to call and let them know that there was a fly in my food and they implied that I put it there. Not sure how I managed to cook a fly and slip it under the lid on my drive home. I'm a bit skeptical that their quality control and cleanliness practices are up to par if they won't even listen to a customer concern. Won't be going back.
