Incredible Bahn mi, super fast preparation ahead of time Making Ms Bahn Mi super tasty and super fast. Clean store and lovely ladies warmly serving. A gem in the eastern suburbs.

Delicious bahn mi with a generous amount of fillings (plenty of meat and lots of crunchy salad veg). Roast pork is always crispy with plenty of crackle.
The sweets are also great - I recommend the vanilla slice and lemon tart.
The customer service is exceptional as well!

Had a roast pork banh mi and it was delicious! Pork was juicy and tasty with lots of crackling. Good size and price point. Will be coming back!

Best Bahn Mi in the Eastern Suburbs. Delicious, fast, and great value for money.
I normally go rogue and order the Chicken Bahn Mi (equally as tasty as the beloved Roast Pork Bahn Mi) which always includes ultra-flavourful meat, fresh salad, a manageable amount of chilli, all packed into a lovely crunchy roll.
As a huge bonus, the customer service is just as lovely as the food.
If you haven't tried Ms Bahn Mi, you must.

Widely considered best pork rolls in the area. We come at least once a week. The staff are amazing and extremely friendly too!

Nothing exceptional, plenty of other better options around at a cheaper fair. Pickled carrot was too over powering and minimal pate. The pork was of high quality though.

Just ordered their Banh Mi (via Uber Eats), and its one of the best I've had this side of town. Will definitely be back!

Very friendly and efficient service, very tasty food and can't possibly beat the Vietnamese iced coffee!!! Must visit, and the pork rolls are just absolutely divine!! Also very partial to the custard tarts!
