Drove throught and ordered a 3 Grill Masters Double smoky BBQ Anges, after repeating the order 3 times, end up by charging for 1 meal only, went to the counter for order 2 more meal, what the wasting of the time as need to stay to the long queue for at least 40 minute and get the meal, this is what we end up by receiving for dinner, disgusting looks of the meal, which can not eat it and went to rubbish bin. Unfortunatley very bad experince of costumer service and quality of food. Will never back again.

They always manage to mess up the orders. I like to dine in but the past few times I went here, customers like myself have been forced to go in the drive through. This is not on, especially when the store is still open for a few more hours. Do better. What about customers that don't have cars?

I ordered through the Hungry Jacks app and found a deal for a small whopper meal for $7. I ordered about 15 minutes in advance and selected to pickup through the drive-thru.
I arrived at the drive-thru and told them my order number and picked up my meal in no time.
The chips and burger were hot and fresh, which is always great!

use to be good; but with time the quietly is just declining a lot! the burgers are cold, meat seems raw; “medium” sized chips are served in unreasonably small portions, and look spoilt and are not edible, the only good item is the burstie drink;

Standard Hungry Jacks. Toilets were dirty and I was scared to wash my hands, for fear of catching something. What a shame. Also HJ wants everything done via their App, maybe they should reconsider this way of service.

Burger was slapped together in a hurry and the chips we're over salted otherwise the usual HJ taste. Large whopper cheese meal and 6 nuggets a sleep $19.00!

I am very disappointed in what I just recieved. I payed for a medium chips ($2) and in the packet there was about 10 chips. Plus the fact they always stuff up my order when I came here. Should lift their service.
