Awesome menu selection of salads and sandwiches all made with fresh local ingredients.
Perfect place for Vegans and Vegetarians looking for a filling meal that is made fresh to order, farm to table, in a great atmosphere, and at comparable rates to other high end vegan/vegetarian restaurants (Like Tasty Harmony in Fort Collins or WaterCourse Foods in Denver).
The Mac and Shew (cashew cheese) is the best vegan Mac ‘n cheese I’ve had in a restaurant so far!
Definitely worth checking out when you’re in town.

Fantastic restaurant! I'm constantly amazed at what they can do with mushrooms. I just got the Lions Mane Wrap and it was so good. My wife got the special, a ratatouille, that was just amazing. Quality food here, great service. This is becoming a regular stop for us.

A little pricey, but so amazingly delicious. Everything we got was absolutely wonderful, and the staff were very polite and knowledgeable.
I got the breakfast English muffin and still have dreams about it. My mother was visiting and got a buffalo sandwich that she said was one of the best she's had anywhere.
Perfect place if you're looking for plant-based food.

Loved the atmosphere! We got the burger on special and the mushroom melt. Both were great although the burger was hard to eat due to the fried plantain "bun". Our server was very kind and helpful.

One of my wife and I's favorite restaurants in Fort Collins Vegan or not it's a must try! They are super creative and super tasty!

I just wish this restaurant or at least the chef will move to College Station, TX! This place is just amazing! The classic breakfast is awesome! Their croissants? I don't even believe those are vegan (yes, they are!) such as they are so yummi! If you are looking for great food...consider make a stop at this place! I simply loved it!

A very good Vegan restaurant. The place was cozy and the food was good. It's a nice alternative to Tasty Harmony. I had the Mushroom Melt - very good with Lions Mane and Portebellos and the house mozzerlla was very "cheesy" and delicious. The Beet Salad was very good. I was disappointed they were out of slaw and wanted to try their pulled BBQ but maybe next time. My wife had the Plot Panini - very good panini! I think they need some more help in the front room, but other than that a nice cozy vegan restaurant.

Delicious vegan restaurant! Had a charred cabbage wedge salad with seitan bacon bits, a tofu bahn mi, and a seitan BLT. Everything was amazing. Highly recommend.
