Smashburger

Burger tasted great, the cashier must of been new. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. So i believe we were over charged a little. Like i said the burger tasted good, came out fast too. But after eating half of it I noticed it had a few pinkish red spots in it. Make sure your burgers are cooked fully guys, Speed isnt everything !

I went here to get my son a lunch to take to him at work and will not do that again. My son is gluten free/dairy free, so the gluten free bun is $3.00. That is so outrageous!! We have to pay for a gluten free bun wherever he goes, but $3 is just crazy!! Gluten free buns are a little higher in price but they should only be 50 cents more wherever we go. And he's dairy free so he can't have the cheese but they don't discount that, which I think you should get to minus off whatever price cheese would be as an add on. Not friendly service and not quick! Total price for his lunch $16, that's a sit down restaurant price and a little high at that! I've emailed corporate about this but haven't heard back and it's been almost 3 weeks. Don't recommend!

Terrible. 36 bucks for trash. Both me an my friend ate 2 bites of the Colorado burger. Soaked with processed American cheese. Cream cheese & shenanigans. Couldn't tast the burger. Fries tasted like they were sitting in a window waiting to be served. Used to love this place..... Sad to see this so downhill. I do not recommend.... Go to Bad Daddys! Don't waste your money at Smash burger

Hi so I was here recently and I came before they were open but the door was unlocked. Lady at counter informed me if this but I asked if I could make an order and she smiled and said they could. I was really exhausted and had had such a rough morning so the sentiment that they made a burger for me before they were technically open really meant a lot. Ik its gotta be a bit of a pain but im grateful they were willing to help me. The burger and fries were still made really well and quickly and the woman was so kind. Just know that your service made a difference to me that day and yall deserve the 5 stars. :)

These guys are a joke, everytime I call for pickup they put me on hold I wait for 10 minutes then just forgot me I have to recall this has literally happened rhe past 4 times I've called then tonight I start calling at 8:56, no answer so I call again and no answer so I wait a couple minutes and call again at this point it's 9 o clock guy answers the phone conveniently and says sorry were not taking orders 30 mins before close. Are you kidding me? So you ignore calls until you can make the excuse it's too late because you're too lazy to do your job... WOW. On top of that says they close at 10pm online, should probly get that fixed. Food is average and way too overpriced to be dealing with this garbage customer service I'll spend my money somewhere else.
