Mad Greens

First off, let me clarify that my review has nothing to do with the food provided at the restaurant. I am excited about this new approach to eating out and the options their venue provide for those of us looking for a healthy, yummy treat. However, my review of the restaurant has much more to do with the individuals running the place, and the overall rude nature which I've experienced. My husband and I were excited to make it to our appointment for a piercing in the same shopping center. Being new to the area, I didn't know to look for a 'Mad Greens only' parking sign - therefore, I parked and promptly left the vehicle. We were quickly shouted at from across the parking lot by the manager and he told us that we needed to move the car if we didn't want to get towed. He had his phone ready to call the tow truck.. seriously? He was very rude and quickly explained that if I'd had the common courtesy to come in and ask for permission to park in his lot, he wouldn't have messed with us. Honestly, if he wouldn't have made a comment like that, I wouldn't have had a problem with moving the vehicle (despite the deserted parking lot.) In a college town, I've found that when a business is welcoming and accommodating, it's much easier to spread a positive word of mouth. However, I found this individual's level of professionalism to be sub-par and, to be frank, quite lacking. My conclusion is that I will not be giving this business my time nor money in the future. Judging from other reviews, it sounds like they often have vehicles towed. While at times, I understand you need to do what's best for business, but overall, being so rude outright negative leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Bad for business, my friend. Bad for business.

Great fast food style healthy food place. I was looking for something fast while passing through this part of town and it really fit the bill. It was really busy over lunch and we incurred some delays due to that but overall we had a very good experience and the salads that we build tasted amazing and were very filling.

Food is good, nice to have a healthy "fast food" place, I think it is overpriced for what it is and if I lived in FtC I probably would not eat here, but since I live in a small city 100 miles away, I eat here as a "special" treat when I am in town. And because it is easy to park and there is shade, since I usually have a dog with me when I come to town. Was surprised to read about cars being towed, I am always very respectful of private parking signs, often very annoyed when I see an empty lot near where I need to be, but I respect the signs; too bad too because I haven't ever seen the lot full.

I came by their door at about 8.10 pm and they were closing, but all the staff friendly waved at me and welcomed me in! I got great service and they offered free tea for me because they were closing and they were getting rid of it anyway! They were SO-SO nice and I left extremely satisfied! Great place! I will definitely come back for more and recommend this place to anyone!
