Cold Stone Creamery

Love the ice cream...who doesn't? The staff is usually friendly and upbeat, which is great. However, I drove up on a Sunday at 12:15, checked the Sunday hours on the door which read "Noon-10". I saw the lights were on inside and so I tried to go in, but the door was locked. I'm not sure if the opener was just negligent, or if the hours had changed, but either I should have been able to get ice cream on a Sunday at 12:15 according to the hours on the door, or some one should have changed the sign on the door to reflect the new hours. I even hung out in my car for a minute or two to see if anyone had noticed I'd tried to get in, and unlock the door for me, but no such luck, so instead I went around the corner to a grocery store and got ice cream there. I love Cold Stone, but this experience was off-putting and I'm not sure how long it will be until I visit again.

This location is terrible. We were getting their delicious ice cream when the time expired by 1 min in the parking lot they contract out to a towing company. Needless to say, our cold stone experience was ruined by their towing guys preying on each minute of past due parking. Won't be going here again. Incoming, Walrus Ice Cream.

I like cold stone but not this location for their product. I don’t know if it’s because they’re not busy enough but my ice cream tasted stale, similar to when you have old ice cream in your freezer and it starts to taste different as it gets old. Also reading reviews about the towing issues, I’m not a fan of supporting that location.

I love Cold Stone, but I sadly cannot endorse this location - they use a predatory towing company (Schmer's Towing) who camps out there 24/7 now, and even if you are a legitimate customer of one of the three businesses in this location chances are still very high that you'll get towed anyways, or even damage to your vehicle if they tow someone near you. They are unprofessional at best and do a disservice to our community. Lookup their reviews and you'll see.
