Delicious, hot, fresh, and great service! It has been years since I've eaten here and am so glad a friend and I decided to have lunch at Maya Cove. I will be coming here more often!

Yes! My new favorite place. The set up isn't like anything in Fort Collins. Amazing fresh food and wonderful staff members. I will be coming back!

Shelbie the daytime bartender is amazing. She always rocks a full bar with a smile and no one waits for service. Truly exceptional. The food is consistently delicious. Can’t recommend highly enough, especially in the afternoon.

Awesome hidden local gem. Variety of items on their menu which is nice. I had a huge burrito filled with shredded beef, rice, beans and covered with the most awesome green chili sauce….that ended up being a great dip for my chips! My friend had the shrimp tacos. The food tasted like it was homemade…total comfort food. We sat in the patio. My server and everyone else who checked on us were super nice and seemed to love their job. It’s little places like these that stand out to me. I forgot to take pictures!!!! But I’ll definitely be back!

Quirky little place with lots of personality. Seat yourself when you come in and be prepared for some regulars to already be there. Service was good and friendly, food was great. I personally reccomend the BBQ, specifically the pork its amazing and very authentic. The prices are reasonable and the owner is really nice and travels all over the US getting authentic recipes.
