Domino's Pizza

Our go-to contactless delivery pizza! Leaving a review tonight though because of a bizarre experience and want to make others aware. We obviously order contactless delivery for a reason. Our delivery driver knocked on the door, yay, pizza is here! We waited a few minutes and went to grab the pizzas and the delivery driver was standing waiting for us? Pizzas were still on the ground, and driver was standing nearby in the dark. Awkward interaction followed.. as she asked for a bigger tip directly. We felt obligated, even though we had already paid everything online. Then she went on her way... Pizzas are still good though.

I always get carry out. They have a $5.99 coupon that's hard to beat. The handmade pan pizzas are where the flavor is at. (Toppings right up to the crispy edge) Usually ready for pickup in 15 minutes, the staff is friendly, and the store clean. I have always found a parking spot outside. It's my go-to pizza spot.

So I worked at this location while I was in high school, and I had a tremendous respect for my coworkers and the management there. Since I live nearby, it has always been my go-to for pizza, ever since I worked there. They really had their priorities straight, especially regarding customer service. However, that seems to have sadly changed. Last Friday my wife placed an order, and one of the pizzas was inedible (she ordered a gluten free crust, but got a regular crust). She called the store, but after she explained what happened, she was rudely told that there was nothing they could do about it, and they hung up on her. So she called again, and asked to speak to a manager. The same person who had answered the phone earlier just told her "no" and hung up on her again. Maybe this is a "one bad apple kind of situation", but we'll definitely think twice before ordering again, and I'd recommend that others be wary as well. EDIT: Decided to give them another chance at non-peak hours, so I ordered a pan pizza and a gluten free one. Toppings, etc was fine, but the pan pizza was super doughy and floppy, not even cooked through, and it was certainly not crisp in any capacity. Super disappointing...I will not be ordering from this location again.

awful experience lol. decided to stop by this one instead of the one on harmony because it was on my way home. ordered 3 simple things. 1 cheese, 1 pepperoni and 1 brownie/cookie for my roommate and I. I get my order and it’s completely wrong, the only thing right about each pizza was the crust. so i call the store and ask if they’d be willing to replace it, since my roommate is allergic to one of the ingredients that they had the pizzas. they said yes after placing me on hold probably 4-5 times. so i had to drive back across town to the store since they wouldn’t be delivery this time. I ask if they could at least bring it to my car and the person on the phone said yes they could and it would be ready in 10 mins. fast forward to me parking and calling the store telling them that i’m here, i was told that i know have to come inside to get my order and that the other person was wrong. I said okay i’ll come in, and was told my pizzas were not ready and it would be “another 12 minutes” as a “very very rough estimate.” no customer service what’s so ever. second person on the phone had a HUGE attitude with me when i was trying to explain the situation. will be only going to the harmony location from now on.
