Lisa is such an awesome employee! She's always friendly and working hard. She remembers her regulars and what they come in for. She works hard keeping the store clean, more so than anyone else in the past. I've been using this location for a long as I can remember. Shout out to Lisa!

Some nights they're not accepting cash, then on others not accepting credit or debit cards. It's hard to want to return to a place if you don't know what form of payment they decide to accept that night... Tonight was the 4th time i was denied service when i walked to this joke of a "convenience" store and had the money to pay for my items. Definitely not returning

Was sold a 4 pack of Virginia tobacco 5% juul that tastes like bug spray and melted plastic. Asked for and exchange but was told to contact the manufacturer. 1 star

The day crew has gotten better about this however: the night crew are terrible about wearing masks when there’s a fresh mask order on the county. It’s disrespectful when customers come in following the easily visible sign per county order, and then have the night crew selectively just: not wear it. Not mis-wearing it, just straight up ignoring the order.

So I live by this 711 and I did go Into this store pretty regularly. The young kid cashier is always rude and quick to kick u out for loitering even after u buy something. The shelves are practically empty. The biggest of all is the gal with the long hair heavy make up and tattoos is a manager and doesn’t know ciggarette prices. She proceeded to tell me a carton of cigarettes was cheaper than buying packs. It’s an extra 6.00....seems like they need to let all the staff go and start over

Ok so I frequent this place, and I love the day ladies they are great. However it makes me super uneasy that literally any time after 7 o’clock the employees stop wearing masks. As someone who works in retail in the city it’s extremely unprofessional to even be in the building without a mask, and seeing this behind a high traffic cashier counter is extremely worrying.

It's funny, when U read "good reviews", they always seem to add some advertising into it. Has anyone else noticed that? Those of course are the sad attempt of the MANAGER (by the way, the lazy mean old lady is NOT the owner, tho she plays the role well), or some other sad sack (probably the managers son in law, Nolan who has NO honor) to create some fake positive reviews to bring in business to what should be a dying company, but for the location & somewhat convenience. Too bad more people don't read reviews before choosing over convenience, Loaf-n-Juggies (formerly Schrader's), is less than a block away, they'll treat U right, & even allow access to the restroom upon request ANY TIME. Too bad they're not open 24 hours, or we could possibly finally put Fike out of business!

Owner is pretty rude, just sits in the back office all day and is on her phone not even working. Employees are also super rude, don't want to be there at all. They also seem to hate wearing masks, as every time I stop by they aren't wearing one or have it tucked under their chin. Also some of the people that visit this place and are "frequent customers" act like Karens?? An employee was talking over me and one of the customers jumped in and said 'umm, what's the problem? I'm a frequent customer!' okay? I don't know you, but cool. Congratulations on your self-proclaimed title, but I didn't ask, Karen. So yeah, just avoid this place. There's a nicer 7-eleven off of Boardwalk.
