Sushi Plus

Food was great. Amazing vegan menu in addition to traditional sushi but service was TERRIBLE. Everything we asked for, including our meal, seemed like a big ask. My husband finally went in himself for napkins, a soy sauce plate, a cup for the sake, and napkins.Some people got up and left everything was taking so long. We regretted tipping at all after we couldn’t even get a to go container. I hope they up their service game because the food is really good but it’s not worth it with the current state of the restaurant.

My wife and I walked in just before 3 pm and no one was there to greet us. Awful service, the sushi was not nearly as good as the ones you find in your local Sam's club or Safeway. The Alaska, Dragon and Spider rolls we ordered were overloaded with rice (this is not how real sushi is made) and eel sauce overpowered the sushi. The sauce felt as if it was meant to cover the lack of sushi authenticity. We also ordered bulgogi (a Korean beef dish), please do not order, it's way to salty. If you are drinking with friends and quality does not matter go for it but, if you want great sushi search elsewhere.

Awful, If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a beef ramen and for 15 dollars I expected something that is not equivalent to an instant cup of ramen that I can easily get at the store. The ramen that I received looks and taste like the pre-packaged ramens (like the Shin ramen brand to be exact) and not at all authentic. Also, my friend ordered a sushi roll and it was tasteless and bland. Needless to say, I will never be ordering from this place again, there is so many better places to get Japanese food!
