Taco Bell

This is the level of quality you can expect from here. This is the Chipotle Chicken Taco which typically comes with 1 piece of chicken as the protein. I got the end of a piece of chicken for my meal due to absolute laziness by the employees. It's not even half of a finger worth of a chicken strip. I've been here many times and am trained to check my bag before leaving the window as it's not uncommon for a majority of the meal to just be missing. But I'm reasonable, I understand things happen and so I have not taken the time to leave a bad review. But it appears that whomever is managing this franchise has allowed the quality to drop to such a level that it has become okay for their employees to cut corners (in this case the entire order).For what? Quicker turn around times? Super unfortunate, I'll find the corporate site and be sure to report it to them as that's the only way change will come to this place.

The store was clean and tidy, and the guy at the counter was very nice and friendly. Although he changed the order without asking, to a smaller package deal "to save us a few bucks" he said after it came out and it was missing things we expected. I found his intentions strange as i actually wanted all the items in the larger package deal. He fixed it quickly enough, but it sure was a peculiar move on his part.

I came in a little bit ago (9:45ish) - I ordered a burrito, quesadilla and a medium drink LIGHT ICE It’s was 9.65- when I got up to the window, I gave her a 10 and told her that I was getting change. She looked at me and said “too late I already got change” then dropped it all while handing it to me. I got my food and proceeded to drive off. I looked in my drink and it was FULL to the tippy top with ice. I went to the front to fill it up due to me only getting a couple sips before it was gone. The doors were locked and the employees were just laughing. I sat there for a sec because it looked like they were going to unlock the door. They didn’t. Another costumer went to the door because half of her order was missing. She was upset as well. I eat here all the time and have never had problems. Don’t know what was up tonight
