First time visiting… NOW I see what all the hype’s about. To begin, we had phenomenal service from Vincent, who thoroughly went over the menu and explain to us the difference between New York style and Neapolitan style pizza. He’s probably the best server we’ve ever had from any restaurant. Let me tell you while I do love New York style pizza. Cane Russo, is definitely a place I will frequent often. The 900° oven cooks the pizza in 90 seconds… Yes, you read that right 90 seconds! The pizza came out super hot With a very soft and fluffy crust. Here, every single ingredients seems like it comes from farm to table. Along with their amazing in-house made mozzarella the pizza is exquisite. I’m also a huge stickler on pizza sauce. Not many ever get it right. Cane Russo has it down perfectly. For sizing, to me one pizza is more than enough for a normal person. One pizza and a side would work for 2 people. And two pizzas would be perfect for 3 people. You can do half on a pizza if you’d like to try more than one type. And they offer a Military Discount! Thank you for supporting our troops. Definitely one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. Time for Dave Portnoy to stop by for a pizza review.

I've come here many times over the last 3 years or so and it had never failed to leave me wanting more. The pizza is delicious and is always pleasant to eat. The service is great and the atmosphere is unique. I love coming here and always leave with a desert pizza. Love it but my pictures don't do them justice. I always look forward to coming here.

So let me just start off by saying that this is the first time we have ever been here. It has taken us some years to get over here, but then again we also have a 9-year-old with a rather limited palate. So, went for my wife's birthday today to celebrate an early lunch brunch at 11:00 a.m. I would say probably only seven or eight occupied tables when we got there. Throughout the whole experience, which I will tell you the food and service were both fantastic, the one theme was having to yell and cup your ears to be able to hear the people you were dining with at your own table. Warehouse vibe, no sound dampening at all. I can only imagine how loud this place is when there are inebriated college students. But let's get back to the food. You can definitely tell this place focuses on craft beer and cocktails because those lists were pretty awesome. The wine list was made by the Constellation brands rep and was, in a word, frightening. The cinnamon roll was amazing. The arugula and prosciutto white pizza looked amazing (my wife ordered it and didn't share 🤣.. But she confirmed that it was amazing). I had the truffle carbonara with chicken and I can definitely tell you it seemed to be a very correct carbonara recipe and was very tasty. Sometimes the chicken they dice up in these dishes is subpar because they know that the sauce will drown it out. This chicken was fresh, cooked perfectly. Fettuccine Alfredo looked amazing as well and the person who ordered that confirmed that it was just as amazing as it looked. My daughter just had the buttered pasta which she really did not care for. Our server picked up on that when we asked for some focaccia bread (which my daughter loved) and took the pasta off our ticket without us even asking. Nice touch! It is things like that guarantee we will be back to explore the rest of the menu, however I think we will probably wait until temperate weather so that we can dine outside at one of the 10 to 12 tables they have outside. So, food and service I will give five stars, but oh man even at less than half capacity it was quite loud.

Excellent food and service. Pasta dishes and pizza were all great. Atmosphere is fun and hopping. Love their local beer choices. We will definitely be back.

I wandered into Cane Rosso on a Tuesday morning, and let me tell ya, it was like a culinary rollercoaster of flavor in there.
I strutted in, ready to conquer the world, or at least my lunch, and I had a wild craving for some Italian goodness. I ordered up the Chicken Parmesan Spaghetti and that Chicken Parmesan sandwich that had me curious.
The Chicken Parmesan Spaghetti? It was like a dance party in my mouth. The spaghetti had that perfect al dente thing going on, and the chicken? Man, it was so crunchy, it could have had its own drum solo!
Now, as much as I wanted to tackle their pizzas like a champ, I just couldn't fit 'em in my belly that day. But, mark my words, next time I'm rolling in with a squad, and we're gonna devour a few of those pies like there's no tomorrow!
So, Cane Rosso, you've got my taste buds tingling and my stomach growling for more. Bring some buddies because their pizzas are waiting to be conquered!

Meredith is the shizz. Super friendly and knowledgeable on the menu.
Food was great. The crust was perfect. In my opinion if you have the perfect crust you can pretty much throw anything on the pizza.
The simplicity of the Margarita was fire.
That tiramisu so good.
Nom. Nom nom nom.

My husband was in the mood for pizza, so we opted to try Cane Rosso. We enjoyed it very much. Our server explained that the pizza was served Neopolitan style, which meant a thin soft crust...think fork and knife pizza. If you are looking for a thick crust or a crunchy crust, this will not be the pizza for you. I loved it. It was soft like pita or Naan. The toppings were fresh. We had the Johnny Utah for dinner and the Peach Bella Mela for dessert. As a starter, I definitely recommend the fried nugget. We devoured those before I took a picture.
The space is quite loud, so it was hard to have a conversation, but overall, the atmosphere was ok.

We had the Jabroni and the Truff daddy. This pizza dough is amazing since it's cooked in the brick oven. The toppings are fresh and delicious. I also had the tequila mule and it was fire.
Service was excellent and surprisingly the wait at 7pm was only 10 minutes. We really love this place!

This place is the BEST !!! Edwin made our experience even better and he has only been there 3 days. Such a fun visit as always, strongly recommend the Roni, and the “Honey Bastard” pizzas. Parking is dodgy so make a plan when you come here.

Service was amazing during my visit. Our server was prompt and on top of everything the whole time. The Cesar and capa (? I think that's what it was) were absolutely delicious. We got a pizza half and half (jabroni and the fire one) and both tasted amazing. My only downside is that the pizza is in fact soggy as other reviews have stated. It's almost impossible to eat the slices like regular pizza. However, the flavor is there so it's still enjoyable.
