Karen was absolutely phenomenal. Her spunky personality was very much enjoyed. Her service was on point. She came at the perfect timing didn’t once feel interrupted unlike usual places. Her charisma is everything and she is beyond gorgeous. I will definitely be requesting her service anytime I come here. Thank you Karen and twin peaks.

Tried the mojito and it was extremely refreshing. Waitress was very attentive and got our drinks quickly. Music not too loud. Restaurant very clean. Asked the waitress Grace what she would suggest and she brought me amazing green drink that was dangerously good. Tried the cheese bites this time and was surprisingly impressed with how good they were. Salad is a great size.

To me, food and service are what matters most. The food was great, as usual. Normally the service is decent but this particular visit, way less than that. Servers distracted by another table. Every single server and busser stopped to have conversation with this older couple. Standing around, talking, and not paying attention. Needed refills, some to go food, etc. Had to wait forever for any attention at all. Please stop asking if I want refills and just do it!! That's what sets apart a good/bad server and will get my best tips. You should be able to anticipate the customers needs. To go food was short. Not happy with this visit.

If I could give 10⭐ on service I would. Karen has to be the BEST waitress that ever walked earth.. Food, vibe, kindness, attentive, everything checked off 100% satisfied with our choice of coming to this location. What makes a good visit will always come down to the waitress... And We Will definitely go out of our way to come back here evertime!!! When y'all have the ability to clone , YOU MUST CLONE KAREN 1000 TIMES OVER. you will have every customer 100% satisfied. We sat with karen today and she is absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond to make sure our first experience was a great one. She gave us food recommendations and we 100% trusted her. The lady manager that talked to us because it was our first time was very sweet and welcoming. Thank you again for your incredible service karen! We will be back!

Our server today was one of the best servers we’ve had in a while. Her name is Karen and she’s the sweetest girl ever. She went above and beyond and was super attentive. She took care of our family with no mistakes although they can be picky when it comes to food (I’m sorry.) Overall I give her 5 stars because she was genuinely doing a fantastic job!
