Mama's Pizza

Nice place , first time there. I ordered the mini pie for one .. just enough. It took a minute as it was freshly baked. Wait staff friendly and courteous. Very accommodating. It was extremely hot out and the gentleman offered me a cold drink on the house. I took the water and they have Crushed ice in the soda 🥤 fountain. That's a Plus. I'll have to go again. And there are a couple games there. Glad I checked it out. 5 stars

I spend several weeks a year on business in Fort Worth and order pizza at least two or three times during those stays and I was finally blown away today with Mama's. It's a thick chewy style pizza with creamy cheese, balanced sauce and an absolutely incredible buttery crust. This is officially my Fort Worth favorite.

The App, not so good. I added order to cart at 8:00pm the App gave me a 9:00pm PICK-UP TIME! I REMOVED MY ORDER FROM CART app, called store and they said order available time for pickup would be 25 minutes. You need to fix this, employee that took order was NOT FOCUSED, She had to repeate ORDER (3) times to finally get my order correct, She seemed put out that she actually had to work. This happened last time I tried to order via the MAMA'S APP, I had same issue and app gave me over a Hour. I didn't order , 1+hour wait time is absolutely unacceptable. I downloaded the MARCOS APP, PIZZA 🍕 WAS READY, HOT AND DELICIOUS 😋😋. I HAVE SINCE ORDERED VIA MARCOS APP THE LAST 6 + TIMES I CRAVED PIZZA. Total "Pizza time was under 12 minutes! I HAVE BEEN A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF MAMA'S FOR 44 years. I will continue to do business with Mama's simply because I LOVE THEIR 🍕 PIZZA! BUT, I NOW HAVE A BACK- UP with MARCOS ! For what it's WORTH, I SUGGEST YOU Take the app DOWN UNTIL YOU FIX the App! It DROVE ME AWAY FROM Mama's, right to Marco's. Only a FOOL WOULD WAIT FOR AN HOUR FOR PIZZA, AS A HUGE FAN OF MAMA'S, I REFUSE TO WAIT THAT LONG. THAT'S ALL I GOT...GOOD LUCK WITH YOUR FAILD APP.
