The food and staff were amazing. They are really nice and fast. My sandwich was perfectly made, the veggies were nice and crisp and the bread was very soft fresh. The manager came out in the dining room and was talking to the customers as if she had known them forever. It was such a great atmosphere to be in. Thank you ladies!

We ordered online for a family of 8 and showed up to a packed restaurant and only two ladies working. They were awesome and pumped those sandwiches out as quickly as possible. They were apologetic that it seemed to them it was taking so long. But I was impressed at how quickly they were working with a full restaurant. Thank you, ladies!

Never ordered from this location before as I just recently moved. I was craving a tuna sandwhich (weird I know).I ordered one of the smaller ones along with other food. My order came super quick, as expected ( I only live a few minutes from the store and well it's jimmy johns lol) I opened my order and realized they had sent me a different sandwhich than my tuna. normally I don't fuss about getting the wrong order, but tuna was just calling me for some reason lol. I called the store and spoke to who I believe was the manager. She verified what I had ordered and talked to the other workers in the store to make sure what I was saying was true, and then came back and said she would send me the correct sandwhich right away. The correct sandwhich showed up faster than the first order and was hand delivered by the manager along with 2 free sandwhich coupons. I didnt catch her name (very pretty, a little short, with really pretty curly hair, if that helps lol), but thank you for making it right, miss manager lady. you're doing awesome. (I was going to do five stars because I loved how they handled it, but at the same time they still messed up so idk.)

I highly recommend this place. The sandwiches are always 100% fresh and the staff is always nice. I have never had a bad experience with this location, unlike others. The staff is always smiling and dancing to the music when I go. They always remember me and what I eat. It makes for a great lunch when you feel like you are actually cared about. Great job to your staff and the management that runs this place. I will always come back!!

The experience was amazing from start to finish. My wife and I were greeted as soon as we walked in, they had our online order ready on time and were able to take care of the hiccup where we had a wrongly clicked item on the website on our end right away. We would highly recommend going to this location.
