Arby's

Google says they close at 10 pm. When we drove up just now at 6:37 pm the sign says they close at 7 pm. We get to the window and the girls says sorry we did last call at 6:30 for food. So how are we supposed to know when last call is? Also last call is usually for bars to let people (who are already inside the establishment) know that this is the last drink they can get. Sounds like the staff just doesn’t want to work. I definitely won’t waste my time coming back here.

If I could I would give you guys a -3. Went in today doors to lobby are open so I walked in. Customer tell me the lobby is close, so I start to walk out of the restaurant. Just to be stop by an employee so she can be rude to a paying customer. She told the first customer he need to go outside and then points here finger at me and says you need to go to the driver thru. So I told her she need to stop being rude ( pointing her finger and talking to me like a child) I can just take my business else where. Her answer was"( man, I dont care) yep you sure is right, don't care about customer service or satisfaction at all. You guys lost an order of 6 meals today, just over an employee being rude to your customer.

I went today to get a turkey Swiss sandwich, was put together very sloppy... the mustart looked like it was globbed on and it was all over that sandwich in side and outside and on the wrapper. When I picked it up, it fell apart and was not cut in half. In other it sucked...and the manager was rude. The girl at the drive-through was so nice... Had no roast beef and i just wanted turrkey on a bun...what I got was an attempt of uptting.the turkey in the bun....i can't stand sloppy food served like that. As far as serving me again......that won't happen ever at this location...

Pulled into the drive thru at 7:20 p.m. on a Tuesday evening. Google says the store hours were confirmed one week ago and that they close at 10 p.m. But apparently they aren't open after 7 p.m.? If you choose to close stupid early, at least update your information so people don't waste their time driving all the way over there!
