Arby's

I am sure we all know this but I will say it anyways . This place , just like any other fast food business is short on staff BUT what sets this Arby’s apart from other fast food places is this Arby’s only had 2 employees working today and they were still able to serve all of their customers . The 2 employees had a smile on their faces with positive attitudes . I just wanted to make sure these employees are recognized. Great job Arby’s staff !

I had an issue with my online order from this location. I was able to address the issue through corporate to get a partial refund. Not only did I get the refund but was also called directly by the general manager Kim. She called to let me know she was making sure my refund went through and to apologize for the inconvenience! I really appreciate the personal touch l.

I’m bandaged from head to toe and have been making medical runs all day with nothing but poor experiences. I post this with all seriousness in my words when I say that the woman taking care of my service at this Arby’s by simply doing her job correctly and politely asking if there’s anything else we need, made my day 110% better. I should have asked her name but I appreciate her very much! Foods good too

One of my regular spots. The brand usually have pretty tasty promotions. I had to try the new burger and it was good. The meat, which I asked, is fried. Taste, texture and the meats appearance were all surprisingly good. The quality of the condiments might, even give it a leg up over the Wendy's and whataburger nearby. The staff at this particular location are always friendly and their food fresh. I would eat there even more often if the prices weren't so high but considering the food tastes better than most fast food joints, I guess it's fair to pay more for better 🤷🏻‍♂️

There is an update on bottom which explains my stars. This was original review months back.... My husband and I went through drive thru. The young lady that took our order sounded busy and stressed, could not hear a smile in her voice. When we got to the window there was a male employee not wearing a mask. None of the employees that we could see were wearing gloves. I thought maybe the employee not wearing a mask was not on the clock but 10 minutes later he was the one that brought out our food to us. The beef on both sandwiches was not very warm. I asked for 3 Bronco berry sauces and did not get any for my jalapeno bites. UPDATE. 4-12-21 I am unable to put another review so I am only able to edit this one. I don't know if there was a recent management change or just new employees but I had the best experience I have had at this location. Service was fast and young man was super friendly. The food was hot and fresh and I got all the condiments I needed. Great job! Thank you!😍

Let me start with it’s a winter nightmare right now here - we don’t eat fast food as a general rule , but the pipes burst at my shop an after all day of pumping water an cleaning it was just a moment of get food wherever., 1/2 the area is closed still - lines are incredibly long. The reason I’m noting all this is because there is so much storm damage it’s so stressful that the reason I’m giving this 5 stars is because even with twenty cars waiting (literally I counted) the young man working the drive thru was beyond pleasant, he was calm .. took his time, was polite . He went back through my items to check my order before handing it over. He just kept moving , efficiently.. I watched him sweeping through the window while he waited for my order - he was just extremely nice an that was a welcome sight since it took almost an hour to get my order . It’s a hard time right now, it was so nice to be treated so well .
