The girl working today could not have been more rude. If ALL you have is almond pretzels then why bother to ask what someone wants?? You don't bother to say when more will be ready you just say that's all I have. Obviously Customer Service is not in the jib description. Needless to say I won't go back. When employees make it clear your business is not wanted then you go elsewhere. I wonder if the actual owner knows what goes on in their store.

I came to buy me a pretZel and the girl In the back was eating (I honestly don’t care about that at all) .what I do care about is how I’m being approached with rudeness . No hello or anything ..acted as if I interrupted her meal . I also came by yesterday and there was a guy there rude as heck too. I don’t know what it is about this place but I won’t be returning . I love love pretzels but I’ll take my business elsewhere if the workers are going to be so rude. Never again!

Unprofessional, rude, and nasty. Stood at the front for a few minutes while they saw me from back, no problem, they had 2 pretzels to choose from and when I picked it, they were super hard. I asked if I could just get a refund and explained I was pregnant and can’t eat food that is old, and they said sure. Then proceeded to tell me I’d get a refund in 7 days. Never will be back.

the Oldest lady there was beyond rude had an attitude the whole time . I think she was annoyed she actually had to come out and do something. asked for salt to be added to my pretzel dogs and she said “it won’t stick “ but I get them like that every time I go to one of the stores and they do it no problem. She proceeds to just throw salt on top slides it to me no words. They are burnt on the top and bottom and that’s all you taste. Disappointed .

This franchise is great, but don’t place your order on the corporate website because they won’t receive it! I needed 4 dozen pretzels for a German themed party, and the online order was never received even though my card was charged 😒 The two young men working behind the counter said they’d have the whole order ready for me in 20 mins, and they came through!
