I sat across from the baristas and worked here for a few hours today and overheard some of their customer interactions. Not only were the baristas super friendly but they knew how to work with customers to create the drink they really wanted (not just what was on the menu) but also reminded those with the app that they could claim the 1/2 off their drink order coupon, clearly always working towards the customer’s needs. Whoever was working on 12/7 and this location deserves a raise, they went well beyond established customer service procedures

Whenever I visit here, they’re always so welcoming and friendly. I never have any problems with my drinks. They’re very fast paced and overall outstanding.

I came in for the golden oleato. I never had it but I was very curious about it. Bailey the batista came through and made a wonderful suggestion about adding cinnamon. It was delicious. Bailey didn't have to make a suggestion but she took the extra step of making sure I was happy with not just my order but my taste buds. I will revisit this location again.
My only complaint is they was out of food. Need more food for us late birds. Lol.

I don't eat at Starbucks I don't drink coffee I just go there with my sister's so they can drink that's they order I just like the atmosphere it's quiet and you can talk that why I go there.
