Today definitely deserves a review, I walked in and it only took seconds before the employee ask me if I was doing pick up (which I am), the food was already prepared I got everything I needed quickly, the best part is whenever I got home I got all 3 of my spicy ketchup that I normally request. (Typically I receive like 1 or 2). Icing on the cake is also my gravy was thick, not all water like (usually is). Tonight I'm really enjoying whataburger, thank you!

This is the closest Whataburger to my office, so I order from here often. I have never had a problem with the food. No cold food or warm drinks and it is delicious every time. Though the service is hit and miss. Every employ I’ve interacted with has been polite though some are a bit clueless. It seems that there is a lot of turnover at this location. It can be a good while to get your food if you order at the counter or the drive through. I prefer to order through the app for pickup, so all of the potential problems with the wait time are eliminated. 3 stars if orders onsite. 4 stars if ordering ahead with the whataburger app.

This location deserved (past tense) some bad reviews over the years and I hadn’t been back since the remodel. The two young girls working tonight were polite and professional. The food was prepared well. And it took 1/2 the time it typically would, with a smile!!!! First time I ever had crunchy hash browns. I’m not holding my breathe it’ll last, but I’m hoping you keep it flowing like this. Good job tonight y’all.

Service is slow as Christians, but when we eventually get our food, it's good, just double check the bag if you do Drive Thru or take out.

Wow! What a great management staff and workers, everyone was smiling and helping each other with whatever needed to be accomplished. Huge props to manager Temecha (could be spelled wrong) but she was an amazing manager, she controlled the environment and had food rolling out in no time well her entire staff was smiling and laughing and just having a genuine good time! Great experience and great to me!

Rating of 3 because the food is good when we have come before but service gets slower every visit. Just now I waited 10 minutes in line for a sweet tea- if you're making more, I get it. But when the tea is already cold that tells me it wasn't just brewed....yall are just slow.

The woman in the drive through informed us that they did not have hashbrowns left this morning. Then she asked if we would like fries or onion rings instead... so I said onion rings for me, and my wife said she wanted fries. When we pull up to the window we realize that she charged us for the onion rings! How rude, we did not know it was an extra $3.50 for that. We ordered meals, ugh and she explained she opened the order with onion rings, and didn't charge us for a small drink. I'm soooo confused because she did charge us for medium onion rings. It's whatever. The onion rings were perfectly cooked. The rest of our food was ok.
