We didn't have any real issues here. The cashier was as friendly as you would expect. The order was correct and the food was good. Most of the parking spaces by the front door were being used by employees as we watched them clock out and leave. There were no paper towels in the men's bathroom, otherwise, it was as clean as I would expect.

1st visit was a terrible experience the order box was down, no big deal, but the guy at the window just stood there, window open, and didn’t ask to take my order. I had to ask him if the establishment was open and if they were taking orders. He said “yeah”. And closed the window. Today I Hesitated to stop by, however I’m glad I didn’t. I was greeted by Bibi. Excellent customer service! Great professionalism! And greeted me with a smile! She made my day, give this young lady some praise, and a raise.

There's not many options for food while working graveyard shifts so it is understandable to have bad service or issues at the end of a restaurant's shift. However, today's case was the opposite. Manager Israel was truly a friendly and helpful person. My mobile order was not received because their system was down but I already paid through my app. He helped me out by honoring my word and made the food for my order. I hope he gets recognition he deserves, Keep up the good work buddy 👍
