Pizza Hut

Twice I have been to Pizza Hut and ordered pizza with everything on it. And add jalapenos. No jalapenos, No mushrooms So I told them to just run my mushrooms through the oven and give me my jalapenos I will put them on myself!!! One time I ordered thin crust with everything on it. They sent me burnt up crust, delivered it to my door!!! I was so mad because I was so hungry!!! Had to bring it back. Fast Food Places Has Taught Me To Check Everything!!!

I ordered ahead and it took me 20 mins to get there. Then I still had to wait 5 mins for my food. I just wish that the app would've told me about the wait instead of saying that it would be ready on 15 minutes. Also, the one manager on cut table, Karen, needs to learn to close the boxes all the way. Every order I've seen her send out has boxes that aren't closed all the way and I don't like it. I'm sure I'm not the only one, too. Overall tho, the food is hot, tastes good, and the staff are friendly, willing to accept when they mess up, and are ready to make it right for you if they get something wrong.

The pizza could not be so bready as in all the toppings mostly being in the middle with a large majority of the outer portions being mostly crust. Also I do think that the pizza could be handled in delivery better even with dropoff option. Meaning I would like to be called or get a knock on the door or some kind of notice before just leaving the food on the ground in front of the door. I was not notified of the arrival of my delivery, and if I had not just checked my door after waiting the estimated time of arrival, I would have been unbeknownst to my order outside and it would have just been on the ground unguarded for who knows how long. Besides those things, the pizza taste was enjoyable and arrived hot.
