I love jack in the box but recently I ordered some tacos on the app and was given only half the amount I ordered. I should've checked the bag but I didn't notice till later. It was an honest mistake and the staff were friendly and respectful the entire time. I emailed jack in the box and they refunded me the amount for the tacos I didn't get without any hassle. I appreciate their honesty and integrity and will most definitely keep coming for more tacos. Thank you from Jon!

The lady working this morning was so sweet and two nights ago the lady working drive thru then was so sweet to. I love this jack n a box. Never disappointed. Always a pleasant experience any time I come here. I drive from Haltom city just to come to this location. Management is doing something great with these employees.way to go! please keep it up to keep them there!!! Thanks
