We came to get a Family Pack & Slab of ribs. Everything was good but the Brisket. The Brisket was so tough we couldn't chew it or cut it. Don't think they left it on the pit long enough. The wings were deep fried not smoked.
Now the Ribs, Links, Baked Potato & Sides were on point. We will be back, but next time cooked the Brisket until it's tender & jiggly & smoke the wings not deep fry. Customer Service was Excellent. I normally go to Hickory Sticks in Everman, but they were closed in Sunday & Monday so Dickies is my 2nd choice, but you have to do better with the Brisket

I ordered from doordash so I can't rate service or atmosphere however, I have to say I got the 2 meat plate and it was Delicious!! Meat was tender and perfectly seasoned , the only thing I was disappointed in were the green beans bc it says they had bacon in them and it didn't otherwise it was all delicious.

Never tried Dickey's BBQ until today & it was out of site, the BBQ was so good & the potato salad was off the chain. There was 1lady that fixed my food , her hospitality was off the chain. I have me a new BBQ spot Thanks Dickey's

Customer service was great. The employee was really down to earth. We had casual conversation and she got all the orders correct and double check everything for us. She made sure we had all the condiments and extras we needed. She helped us with bagging the large orders and the food was delicious.

The food was amazing & the staff was very friendly nice clean environment. I will be back. I had the meat plate dinner two sides and yes of course I had to get some okra freshly fried upon my order. Thanks alot..
