Wingstop

Absolute worst resteraunt chain there is God forbid you want to order at 11pm and they close at midnight because they're going to make it absolutely impossible... Sat on hold for 2 different locations starting at 11:21pm and got hung up on both times.. then proceeded to drive to the one 3 minutes from my place and walked in the door at 11:28 and was told they stop taking orders at 11:30ish. Then as I walked out the door so did all their employees and the lights were turned off as well.. I managed a sonic for 3 years and we were not allowed to stop taking orders til midnight granted maybe we did 5-10 minutes early some nights on long days but never half an hour I would have been fired!! If I could give 0 stars I would! This is the most dirtiest wingstop I’ve ever been too! The customer service WAS HORRIBLE!!! I went to get ice and they laughed and said we don’t have any. I paid for a drink and you DONT HAVE ICE?! they kept the doors open and it’s 100 degrees outside! The music was so loud you could barely place an order! Somebody needs to do something about this! Ridiculous!

I have come to this establishment many times before and the service is not consistent. Since I know it takes a long time to get your order here I called in my order and intentionally waited over an hour to pick it up. Well the planning was unsuccessful because I when I arrived to pick up my order I was informed I would need to wait another 15 minutes.

They mostly take a while but it's still doing good they don't mess up the wings and workers are fine and you can go a little because sometimes it's sports night and a lot of people are going here to get wings and on the other hand this wingstop is still good since I go here all the time and they make their wings so winglicious and I recommend going here to this wingstop.

Well, I tried to be understanding and give this place a second shot, but I will be going to Buffalo Wild Wings from now on on when I feel like getting some wings. The first time I ordered from this location a few weeks ago my order said it would be 18-23 minutes. I went to the store and arrived around 25 minutes from when I ordered, paid, and proceeded to wait another 50 minutes. That means my order took an hour and 15 minutes. They were very very busy (the pictures I took were from this night) but still, that is an insanely long amount of time and my order estimate should not have been 25 minutes. I did not enjoy standing around waiting for 50 minutes in this loud busy Wingstop. On top of that, one of the flavors of wings I ordered was short like two wings and had one weird kind-of-a-drumstick that had extremely little meat. Tonight, I decided screw it, I was gonna try again. I placed an order, and ran a quick errand. Figured I would give it a bit of extra time. 50 minutes after I placed my order, I arrived at the Wingstop, went to the register, and the girl began to look for my order... Nowhere to be found. No ticket in the kitchen, no bag with the food in it, nothing. She investigated before printing a new ticket, giving it to the kitchen, and telling me my total. I asked at this point "so they haven't started on it?" And she obviously uncomfortably told me they hadn't. I told her to forget about it and walked out. They weren't busy tonight at all, I was one of like three customers in there. There was maybe 4 tickets on the line. At this point it's clearly incompetence, and on Tuesdays Buffalo Wild Wings has buy one get one traditional wings anyway which is better than 60 cent glorified chicken nuggets.

I placed an online order Thursday (March 24th) to be delivered Friday (March 25th @ 6:30) when I checked my bank account yesterday morning (Friday March 25th) I noticed I was double charged ($104.26 x 2) I have been calling and calling and calling. It goes to voice mail. I go to leave a message and as soon as it beeps it immediately asks if I want to continue recording press 1. I press it and it immediately does the same thing. It doesn't let me leave a message. I disputed with my bank they said not a problem and the restaurant ran my card TWICE as 2 transactions. Idk of it was user error, or they're trying to steal money from customers. Either way, there needs to be an open line of communication, where customers can call and speak to someone.
