Taco Bueno

Terrible service, and very sub-par food! I've eaten here several times to give them a chance and every time I have been unimpressed with the service and food. Today takes the cake though. I went through the drive through, and the when I got to the window I asked to repeat back my order for accuracy. There was one mistake and the guy at the window tried to fix it but the person making the food said they allready made it and then proceeded to argue with me saying that I didn't make that specification. I'm done with this location!! It's the closest Taco Bueno to where I live...but I'll drive further to avoid this hot mess.

Filthy everything. Employee presentation is horrible. Nobody wants to see your bum while puting together orders. Crumbs for chips. Place looks the same as the day it opened. No exterior lights are working. Very dark, almost looks like the place is closed. Maybe a visit from corporate or the health inspector might turn this place around.

I was in the drive thru and had to drive off, order wasn't even completed. I never heard someone sound so lethargic, and rude. I just know the food wouldn't be good and hot. Hell no I'm going to Taco Casa. I hate getting bad food n service. Tell them to go home and stop screaming "Hello" and "Huh" out the speaker. Rude! After i said one moment. these guys for some reason like to put beef inside of a chicken burrito. If i ordered a chicken burrito i don't want beef in it. i am unable to eat beef due to a food allergy. this is the second time it has happened. if i order something one way make it the way i ordered it and don't decide that it will be okay because now it has two types of meet. some people cant eat that stuff so pay attention. i will not be returning to this location. i hope you go out of business. you people need to watch what you are doing and give people what they order. your jerks.

This particular Taco Bueno has been extremely messy ( napkins and food on the floor, trash cans over flowing, dirty tables) the last three times that I have been in. I have been eating at this Taco Bueno for thirty years, and I'm very sorry to see it continue to decline. I'm hoping that there is a turnaround in its future.
