This location is getting worst by the day . I’ve always enjoyed visiting this location because it’s the close to my home but if I’m going to receive food that looks like this then I rather travel far out. I added to my burger avocado and cheese, do you see it? Called up to the store for them to correct it … still no cheese on the NEWLY made burger. Can they not read, or work under pressure because this is bs . My sandwich looks like vomit the way it was thrown together! Highly unlikely I’ll visit this store again .

I came to this location with my family for late lunch at 1pm in the afternoon.
They were out of chicken strips, out of Dr. Pepper, out of Coca cola, and out of sweet tea.
3 people got their food delivered to them who ordered after my family. When I walked up to the kitchen asking where my food was, it was bagged up (we were dining in), and it was sitting on the counter getting cold. I took the food because I had 3 small kids who were all hungry right then. There was no offer to immediately get fresh fries (which were clearly cold).
When I asked to speak to the manager, she had a puzzled look on her face like she wasn't exactly sure how to handle the situation. There was little sense of urgency to fix our concern. After speaking with her, I went back to my table and checked on cold fries, cold hamburgers and an unhappy family who had been waiting for fresh food. I returned to the kitchen myself to bring back cold french fries and to get fresh ones. Again, no sense of urgency to fix their mistake and several workers had to be told in order to get anyone to actually act.
I'm highly disappointed in the service of the worker and the manager. I don't want to tell you how to do your job (being the customer). I want others to do their job correctly and timely without me having to explain to them what customer service is supposed to look like.

My friends and I came to the Whataburger to bring me here for my first time, as I was traveling from Denver. The food was great! Love the spicy ketchup, and the crispy fries! The burger was unbeatable! I am in love! However, what was even better? The service! Our server Brooklyn went way above and beyond! She helped me with my order, got to know me a bit, and helped me with the ketchup selections! (They have ketchup selections!) Brooklyn, your up beat attitude, great customer service, and care, is what got this restaurant a rating and 5 Star review from me! You rock! You go girl!

Changing my review this place has quite a few issues as far as getting food out. But must understand it's from staffing issues. The manager was very stressed and and doing his best. We told him twice we had to leave soon cause it had been almost 30 minutes just from curbside. We actually started to drive off as he finally bought the food. Understand these are still human beings. I told him we weren't angry we just wanted food lol. The people that wig out over a 6 dollar burger need to stop eating out. Be patient and treat employees with respect so they have more motivation to be better and get you your food faster. If someone is screaming at you does that make you want to help them?

Placed a mobile order to hopefully get everything processed faster only to arrive and wait 25 minutes for pancakes and hashbrowns
From what I saw and heard, the communication between the line and cashier to manager was non-existent. With the possibility of a small team working and maybe not enough food prepped, I can only assume that this chain is I’ll-prepared to handle any type of rush hour

NEVER EVER get in the outside lane. 24 minutes to get my order. Watched three cars, in the inside lane that ordered after I did, get their food before me.
I told the young lady that delivered our food that our drink had not been delivered. Watched her go inside. I could see her through the delivery window talking to other employees. Made no attempt to bring our drink. Finally had to get out of the car and walk to the delivery window to get our drink.

They need new management or ownership to lead their team to success. Service is extremely slow, got the order wrong twice, didn't have hard boiled egg for the salad I ordered.
Not sure how this location stays in business. Whataburger is not that good to make up for that level of service. Especially with Chick-fil-A is right next door. Too bad it was Sunday.

This was the best burger I've ever had the privilege to enjoy! The service was outstanding, all employees were kind, and helpful. The dinning area was very clean, and the food service was fast. We didnt wait more than 10 min for a group of 4 dinning inside. Was just wonderful!
