Taco Cabana

This location has great food, however the guy who works the window can be super rude. Always in a rush when you order "anything else, is that it" over and over is annoying. And this is every time I come there. I would usually come here every week to feed my family . However I hardly come here maybe once every 6 months or so.

I frequent taco cabanas all over dfw for lower carb options. THIS location specifically has the best customer service of all. The same person usually takes my order every time, ear/chin length curly hair. They always get my order right down to the detail. And the only time one of my specifications was missed, they fixed it fast and happily. Literally replaced my order with a smile and apology. I want them to know that it might be a small thing, but I really appreciate it at the end of a long day.

I love Taco Cabana! Now one thing I love about Taco Cabana is the frozen margaritas and of course the chicken floutas which is exactly what I ordered today. I went through the drive through, the line was fairly long... but thankfully it dissipated pretty quickly. The one thing that I could say I was disappointed about during this stop was the lack of customer service. I was rushed to order at the menu and then when I got to the window there was no smiles or thank yous or maybe even a "have a good day..." Nope. Nothing. Which is pretty sad, but I'm not going to hold that against Taco Cabana. Muwahahhaa I'll be back for sure 😊
