Mcdonald's

I ordered through the app, and when my order arrived, it was missing a few items. I went to the nearest location thinking that was the location my order came from. It wasn’t, but the employees and manager gave me the items I was missing. Great customer service! They didn’t have to do that, but they did and I appreciate it.

The morning shift staff are so nice and friendly with me. I come here pretty frequently for breakfast on my way to work, and I always order the same thing. They know it's me by my order. Oftentimes, when I'm driving up to the second window, an arm is sticking out the window with my food because they know I enjoy grabbing it as I drive up. With more than one staff member, we give quick updates at the window about how we're doing. The morning service is always super fast, and that really makes them dependable to get breakfast on my way to work. I get a little boost to my mood in the morning getting to see the staff.

I truly like this particular McDonald's Because they're very courteous and always smile when they greet you. My order is pretty simple two hashbrowns and a strawberry banana smoothie every morning. Before hitting the freeway to Decatur But this morning, no smoothie machine was down, so settled for orange juice, but service is A1.

Placed an order online and went to the drive-through to pickup. They informed us that we had to pay in person even though we paid in the app. We saw the charge as pending on our account. After we paid again we saw a credit to our account. Their systems should work correctly for a company as large as them.

As far as this area goes, I love this McDonald’s the most! They are super friendly always have my order right and it’s nice and clean. They recently had some upgrades & remodeling done and the place looks GREAT! It would be awesome if they remodeled the play place too because it’s a little small and outdated. However my kids always have fun when we come through. Excellent management!
