Domino's Pizza

I would leave a horrible review but they made everything right. Damarcus went above and beyond to make every right apologized for the bad customer service and immediatelyreplaced my order himself!. I initially ordered a big order that took nearly 3 hrs to receive. The food was cold and not pleasant. I then called to get my order replaced as promised a young minor answered phone was very disrespectful saying he can't help I said I talked to a manager. I then asked if I could speak with manager he said they are not in then I asked for the child's name I was talking to. He stated he's a minor he can't give his name out. I then said ok I'll be right in there to see whose all working...

My husband and I order frequently at least once a week. I love how the app let's you know who is prepping your Pizza. Demarcus always kills it with our pizza order. Recently we had Erik make our pizza and man oh man, he didn't disappoint either. This is coming from a very pregnant Momma that craves Pizza like no other. Thank you so much you all, we really appreciate you.

If you can, order pick up and select pay at store to save any potential financial disaster as UNFORTUNATELY places are low staffed and we are still in a PANDEMIC and they may need to close early. Now that the PSA is done this location is PHENOMENAL! My pizza is always perfect and I am always greeted with a kind face and speaking tone, even on the days I can tell that they are slammed and understaffed. Thank you for being consistent in quality and being friendly when I walk through your doors! Remember folks, we are going through this pandemic together, it is affecting your normal businesses, be understanding, be kind, we are all in this together.
