Young man in front was helping everyone coming, meanwhile Christina was no help a lot all. Keep going to the employee’s back room. It took 30 minutes to get my pizzas. The young man should have a better coworker to help him!!

Might as well shut this “gas station” down. The pumps are never functioning. The employees here obviously don’t prioritize customers too there will be a long line and the worker will look over at you, make eye contact and continue to clean or do whatever it is they’re doing. Service is very slow every time I go. Avoid this place at all costs especially if you’re in a hurry.

I come to this store drive all across town because the employees and managers have always been very nice and helpful but now they got rid of good people with rude cashiers today several people walked out while I was in line due to rudeness thankful I was greeted by a young nice man cashier that worked there but the other employees made my visit uncomfortable 😢

On the last couple of times I have come here the staff has been extremly rude and unorginized.Last time I came their was only one person working both cashregisters,was extremly rude to me and my family, not only that but she tried to put all of items in 2bags.I had like 10juices and she tried to put all of them in one bag.Like common sense its gonna be heavy at least put a second bag.This location is the worse and i will never be going to it again.

Bought 2 packs of cigarettes and the woman put them on a bag. When I got to the car they were the wrong brand. Went inside and she told me she couldn't do anything about it. Had to buy 2 more. Looks more like a scam store. Never again I will go there!!!

The white lady at the counter gave us the meanest attitude last night. We paid for $10 of gas and she does this (picture) . We didn’t do anything and I don’t know if she was having a bad day but it wasn’t okay the way she treated us. Don’t recommend going here

I quit going to ANY 7-11 in December 2020. There customer service is appalling. The cashiers are ALWAYS hateful, and disrespectful. When I asked to speak to the manager one morning to discuss this issue, I was surprised to discover that the manager had been one of the offensive cashiers. One morning, once again, the manager was working behind the register. I had just downloaded the 7-Eleven rewards app, and had a question. She puffed out a long breath, and I was tired of being made to feel that I was inconveniencing the store staff. I told the manager that her response was absolutely not necessary, and I wouldn't return. The only reason I had continued to return, was at the request of my boyfriend, but no more. I put my change on the counter for my purchase, and the manager THREW the pack of cigarettes at me and hit me as well!! BEHAVIOR WAY BEYOND UNACCEPTABLE, and I was not going to tolerate it. I called the police, the manager had purposely thrown the cigarettes at me, and that was a BLATANT act of the bullying those particular employees did to customers on a daily basis, and I was NO LONGER going to tolerate it!! The manager accused me of throwing my money at her and that was why she had thrown the cigarettes at me. Of course, the other cashier stated she would tell the police that I had started it, throwing my money at the manager. She even made the statement that it would be their word against mine. I looked at them both and told them that cameras don't lie, and pointed to the camera, just above the registers. IMMEDIATELY, the attitudes, tones and demeanor of both employees changed DRAMATICALLY. I was compensated and my entire purchase was on the house. I never returned. This evening, on the local news, the anchor woman had the information visible to the public and said that 7-11 stores were selling large pizzas today for $ 3.14. My neighbor was ready to go, but since I knew how pathetic 7-11 was when it came to actually making the customer feel valued, I called first. The phone number listed on the 7-11 Facebook page, with the Lancaster Avenue address, was a fax number. I called another 7-11, and was told the pizzas were available for that price, but only if you had the reward points for it. Once again, 7-11 has proven they could care less how their customers feel, all they're concerned with, is that bottom line. I wish more customers would speak with their money and boycott 7-11 stores. Once 7-11 understood it's the customers that pay their bills, not the other way around, perhaps the customer service would improve.
