Averi and Clavé were at the window - got their names on purpose they were very friendly & worked with a team whom I'm sure is equally fast.

So.. instead of talking about what wasn’t done right - our order was correct (rare for any location) and the drive through order guy (Michael) didn’t have to play the repeat game 10 times only to get the wrong order - so great job there -

The only bad thing I can say is whoever was taking our order was clearly in a rush and completely rung up our order wrong but the young man at the window fixed it with no problem and I think that made up for the other employees mistake.

I stopped in to grab lunch and this young lady helped me I don’t remember her name but it started with a Q. She took my order, my app wasn’t working and got her manager to address the issue. She even brought me my food which I was surprised. I opened it and it was wrong which was my fault because I forgot to tell them to leave something off. She asked if I wanted them to remake it which I did she took it no problem. Even brought me the new burger and waited to ensure it was correct. That is phenomenal customer service I have never had at a McDonald’s.
