El Happy Burrito

The food here is fantastic, if you're looking for tacos that are served the way they should be (without nacho/shredded cheese) then look no further. The loaded fries are delicious too if you are one for nacho cheese. Relatively inexpensive for the portions too! The horchata es delicioso! Unfortunately the service can be lacking a little, but I can't blame them too much with how many people eat here. It has quickly become my local taco spot. Off to the next!

BEST Mexican food restaurant in Texas! We've traveled from Fort Worth to Corpus Christi many times, trying all restaurants to find the best authenticity, and I must say the food here is as close to Mexicos as it gets. Everything always tastes AMAZING. 👏 Service is hit or miss depending on what time you go, but I still absolutely recommend it.

The food was pretty good, the tripas in my tacos tasted a little burnt and the salsa was good but needed just a little more kick!! The service was good, our server was very attentive can't remember her name or is give her a shoutout, the place was very empty which is the way we like like it anyways lol but we probably got there before dinner rush. Over a really good spot for some authentic Mexican food!!

First time visiting El Mil after hearing a few people mention it. The food was fresh and delicious! I ordered 6 tacos de carne asada and they were filled up and had the best tortillas de maiz I've had in a while. Their guacamole cremosa salsa, chips, rice and beans were all really good as well. Glad there's a location closer to home in Saginaw too! Definitely recommend!
