Sonic Drive-in

This Sonic has the best customer service! A very pleasant person took my order and verified it was correct. So already I was pleased. Then the car hop who brought my food to me, Nae, topped the visit to a next level of service. Nae was nice when she brought my food, she also verified it was correct before handing it to me, then she wowed me by telling me to continue to be amazing. This may sound small but the level of customer service was top notch and Nae really made my day. The food order was correct and the chili cheese fries were amazing.

I took a break from work to come over here this day. I wasn't able to use my card at the parking space. The CarHop was very friendly and went to the next ordering station to use my card. I sat in the parking space for a little while while doing some work, and the CarHop was very attentive checking back on me several times. I really wish I'd got her name so that I could tell you to go see her.

Went there ordered for a group and my family when the machine at drive thru wasn’t working. The whole staff treated me cool. Offered a cancellation but I told manager it wasn’t necessary. They already drafted the needed funds and not to worry. I appreciated the young lady helping me. She went back and forth on a spranged leg to help me. I wish I had more than a 3 bucks up but that’s all I had as I had just been in a car wreck on the eighth. I appreciate you all there. Young and thriving. I wish you the best.
