Golden Chick

We visit 8 Sundays a year. For the last six months, we have been told the ice cream machine and the golden egg machine might be fixed soon. My kids are still waiting. Last visit Harley pointed out that the ice cream machine has been broken almost as long as the one at McDonald’s. He pointed out the chicken sandwiches are better at Golden Chick. Even if the ice cream machine is broken. The price struck on a family of 7 with five kids is not good. The meals cost more than they should for kids' meals. The staff was friendly. The site and the building could use some work.

Zing sauce is why I LOVE Golden Chick! Plus, chicken is always moist. And the rolls are definitely drool worthy!! Forgot to mention the staff!! These people were awesome! So polite & attentive. They got my order perfect and, even though I took it home, I noticed the dining area was quite clean. Get out there and give ‘em a try!

Love Golden Chick! The only thing I do not like, is they are extremely high on their prices. People pay it because it's good and it's the only chicken place here on the north side. They need more restaurants period on the north side. It will be a while before I come back because of the prices. This is the reason why we don't eat out alot because of prices. Everything has gone up I realize but they are way to high.

Very yummy! I think out of the dozens of times I've been here only once the food was so so. Everything was hot and fresh, fries coulda used another minute in the fryer. A part of my family meal was missing but they quickly remedied the situation. The ladies in the kitchen were very nice. This is a very nice & clean location, not something you see at most places on Lancaster.
