Domino's Pizza

Very busy and the small pizza was too expensive, like 17 dollars. Probably my fault for ordering thin crust. The staff was super busy and accommodating. I was impressed with the precision of the workers, was run like a well oiled machine even though they were overwhelmed with orders. Hard workers , my hat's off to you!

My pizza was delivered and it was a mess. There was sauce and cheese on the crust and box to the point it was leaking. There was hardly any toppings and it was just not correct. However I called the store and explained the situation and they brought me a new one and it was perfect and it didn't take as long as I thought it was. And my delivery person was awesome both times. I was a happy customer in the end.

We've only used this location for delivery through online. 4 stars because our pizza is never hot unlike their competitors. Unsure why, we feel like they deliver within reasonable time. We've had our first mishap tonight where our sauces weren't delivered with our order, but driver did go back and bring the sauce (and an additional) on a 2nd trip in a timely matter. My pregnant wife appreciated that greatly. Never have issue reaching through to management via phone. All drivers we have interacted with have been clean and kind people. We love the thin crust at Dominos and will continue to use this location for future purchases.

The option to receive the status of your order via text message is so convenient. I only go to the White Settlement location (Legacy Rd.) because my order is always perfect and the customer service I receive is so good not even a bad pizza would prevent me from coming back. You just don’t get very good service anymore. At this location I can tell every employee takes pride in their job. very rare now days.
