Carl's Jr.

I decided to try some overpriced fast food here, and boy was it a mistake. I ordered 2 burgers, one of the burgers looked like they had a fight with the patty, it was all mangled and torn. I ordered chicken strips and they were old and cold. My meal came with a drink and the drinks tasted like the syrup was going out. This is a poorly managed location who charges top notch prices for low quality food. Your better off going elsewhere, the food overall was disgusting.

Well, since the owner responded, I figured I should expand my review. I had the misfortune of working most of the day on Thanksgiving, and foolishly didn't make sure I had food for the evening. So it was either instant ramen dinner, or see if anyone was open. Thankfully, Carl's Jr. was open, and so I was able to an actual meal, as opposed to an arguable one. That being said, the staff seemed a little bit burned out (I can hardly blame them, working on Thanksgiving couldn't have been fun) and I didn't actually get to go inside and experience actually using the facilities, hence the 4/5 as opposed to 5/5. To be clear, the meal was completely correct, the food was hot and tasty, and the staff was attentive and pleasant, so I've got 0 gripes. I'm sorry they had to work on Thanksgiving, I appreciate them saving me from instant ramen, and I'll have to visit again during sane hours to see about that last star.
