Love ♥️♥️♥️ this place.. Nashville doesn't have mom & pop shops anymore, with homemade food and pastries.. I hate seeing reviews that complain about the service.. You go up and order your food, they bring it to you, and you clear your own table.. We had a big party come in, and they were AMAZING!! Definitely will be back..

Best cuban sandwich I've had since being in Tampa Florida over 4 years ago. Also the authentic cuban coffee makes Starbucks taste like tar for bucks. Real bread real coffee. Great staff let's you try b4 u buy they know and trust that their homeade products will sell themselves. 5 stars. Love your local small mom and pop shops forget the chains. Best of all in the small

Not every day you run into a Cuban inspired cafe in the middle of nowhere NC! I discovered Life's Bounty while thru-hiking the Appalachian Trail. The owners were super friendly and accommodating. The Cuban coffee was close to the what I drank for over a month in Cuba and the pastries were a tasty attempt at the pastries of Cuba. If you want to try Cuban items and you can't get the Cuba or even Miami, this place it worth a try. I will be back!

Amazing bakery no clue about the hot food portion of it. No clue if it happened but the one star review looks like a troll or competing business considering it's a plain profile with 1 review. The eclair had awesome custard and the crust was on the same level. The cherry turn overs were well filled and where great .The cannoli was good as well.

Had Spanish delicacies (guava treat) on Monday afternoon with my wife, daughter, and granddaughter. Found out that Cuban sandwiches were made here also. If the Cubans are as good as the guava pastry, folks will be flocking to this restaurant. It is on Main Street in downtown Franklin, NC. PS. My kids got my birthday cake there also. It was outstanding.
