Domino's Pizza

Not as good as 3+ years ago but better than pizza place across river by far! Had a horrible experience over there made Domino's seem awesome, But- topping volume has gone down over years (& price up) & tastes different every 4-6 months. Getting an answer got to be to much of a challenge, I've let phone ring for 5+ minutes on several occasions, very frustrating, gave up and typically just stop by and order which has gotten less & less over the last 2-3 years. Maybe they have to much business idk but Hope they get it together and start improving soon then I will change this review!

Used to be my favorite pizza place in Franklin and I always tipped Well. Now They Never answer the phone, So They Are Not getting My Business. P.S. If you don't answer the phone, You Are Not Open!!! Saying that you are Open when you are Not Is False Advertising!!! Ok I ordered a pizza today someone answered the Phone. I didn't know about the garlic asiago sauce. Delicious. However I ordered Green pepper and there was no Green pepper on the Pizza?! That Thin Crust is Fantastic, but when I order a pizza I Want All of the Ingredients that I ordered to be on the Pizza!!!

T.J is the most AMAZING employee!!! He applied a coupon that I didn't even know about and brought my total down significantly!! That's AMAZING customer service. Not to mention his phone presence was super friendly and knowledgeable!! Domino's needs more workers like him!!, THANK YOU T.J!! YOU MADE MY DAY!! Will definitely be ordering from Franklin's Domino's more often. Possibly requesting T.J personally!!!
