Chuy's

It is a great texMex place. The food is good and flavor, I love their sauces. The food taste good, it is not Mexican place! It is a great texMex and is great, love the jalapeño sauce and chips. And enchiladas are good. I love the margaritas in here it is good for a lunch with friends. Service, well it will depend on the location, I have "meh" experience and good experiences with waiters.

Not impressed with menu or the food. However the place was packed. Took way to long to get food after ordered. The Waitress was very nice. Margaritas nah. Very small glass. Not sure how you could put margarita mix, ice and add much tequila and grand mariner at all in that glass. There’s just better elsewhere to me.

We had just flown back into town from Orlando,FL. and my wife was adamant that we get her some chips and creamy jalapeño sauce from Chuys on our way back home. So I easily placed the order on their app and when we pulled in I didn't even get to call them to say we were here and to bring our order out when this guy approaches the car and smiles and waives! I roll down the window and he says " Hello there! Are you here for an order?" I say "Yes!" I gave him my name and within 2 minutes, BAM!, He's back with our order! He thanked us for our business and invited us to come back anytime! His name was Paul and he was working the "To-Go" orders. I've never been taken care of in such a swift, kind, professional, manner like that from Chuys! It's ALWAYS BEEN GREAT SERVICE BUT THIS TOPPED IT....and all over a little $10 order of Chips and guacamole with my wife's cherished,creamy jalapeño sauce! So hats off and super Kudos to Paul in the To-Go slot and Chuys for the continued stellar service and food!!! See you soon!!!

Another great place in the Franklin area. Went with co-workers and the place was hopping. Crowded usually equates to good eats, I love Mexican and I was pretty hungry so - expectations were high. Cool interior with lots of wall deco and some T-shirts for sale. Hit with the delicious odor of Fajitas when we walked in the door. I had enchiladas with boom boom sauce, sides of rice and beans. Super flavorful and spicy sauce, large portion and super attentive server. Here’s the breakdown: Good, plentiful food +1 star; great service +1 star; killer chips and salsa +1 star; nice interior +1 star; great smell of fajitas in the air +1 star. I’ll go back.

To be honest I love Chuys food. Everything is pretty much delicious for a good price. I over all this location because of customer service. Never feel rush and we eat there almost every week. I tend to ask for the bar area sitting because the bartender so kind and funny and even remembers us. Plus I love all the dog photos by the booths soon I will secretly be leaving one of my dog 🤫
