Whit's Frozen Custard

This is your average custard location. Staff is friendly and able to answer your questions. Three basic flavors: chocolate vanilla and flavor of the week. Just check the website before you go to make sure you will be happy. Kids got a kids cone with chocolate custard and root beer float. Cost at this location is high with two items running me ten bucks but the kids were happy. We got a half and half one scoop with rainbow sprinkles to go but very light handed on the sprinkles. Hate to say a little cheap on their end after the price I just paid. Not sure honestly if we will come back nor would I recommend this place to my friends. Time will tell and I will update if we come again.

I wasn't sure what frozen custard was... I can tell you that it is good and perfect for an after dinner treat. I had the Simply Southern one scoop sundae. It had pecans, hot caramel, and hot fudge drizzled on top. The do offer drive through service. I walked in since I was unfamiliar with the menu. There were a few folks in front of me, but the line moved fast. I look forward to stopping by again when I'm in Franklin, TN.

Got some cake and custard from Whit's today. Purchased a chocolate thunder custard cake and some brownie bite custard. Very delicious and rich. A bit pricey but high quality and great for a special occasion, which it was. The store is a cozy walk up akin to a Baskin Robin but custard. The staff were busy with the drive thru when I got there but took care of me quickly and were polite. Parking is tough. Not much of it and the angles are weird so it's tough to get in and out. But overall, good experience and great product. Worth it and no issues going back.

The area is very nice and the facility is nice but they were not organized at all and got our order wrong. They brought us 4 different ice creams we had not ordered and then after they got us the right ones one was done wrong then asked us to pay the 1 dollar difference. Every time they brought the wrong ice cream they turned around and started laughing and blaming each other. It seemed it was all ran by fifteen year-olds who were nice but disorganized and expensive. I do not think I will go back there again.
